Please join the U of M Native Studies Fall 2013 Colloquium in welcoming Kim Anderson to Winnipeg.

Dr. Kim Anderson is a Cree/Métis educator. She is an Associate Professor in Indigenous Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, Brantford, and is the author of the highly regarded book Life Stages and Native Women.

Her previous books include A Recognition of Being: Reconstructing Native Womanhood (Canadian Scholars Press, 2001), and the co-edited text Strong Women Stories: Native Vision and Community Survival (with Bonita Lawrence, Sumach Press, 2003).
