Shipping
Books will be shipped upon publication. Please check the publication date. Payment of customs duty is the responsibility of the receiver. We ship by Priority Post and our shipments go out on Thursdays and Fridays.
Refund Policy
We sincerely hope you love our books as much as we do. However, if you would like to return a book purchased through our website please mail it along with a copy of your purchase receipt to our Winnipeg office for refund.
Books are only eligible for returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns are generally processed in 2-3 business days from the time we receive it. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.
